What To Expect From Your Consultation
- A brief phone conversation will help us determine if a more thorough consultation makes sense.*
- All consultation fees are credited toward your project when you commission YKC.
- $150.00 Initial consultation fee to best understand your objectives
- $350.00 In depth collaborative consultation, including 3 sample boards, to map out a detailed vision for your project**
- $75.00 Additional sample boards**
- $50 fuel charge for locations within a 50 mile radius of the Black Hills or Rapid City. Any distance beyond that, please call to discuss.
- *A kind note that YKC’s artistic process is one of a kind - understanding your needs will be the purpose of our initial discussion.
- **Due to artistic license, ALL sample boards will remain the property of YKC.
Moving forward:
After the consultation a project estimate will be provided. Once agreed and an agreement has been signed, material costs and 50% for craftsmanship will be required to commission YKC. This deposit is non-refundable.
Your finish will be the sample chosen coupled with any variations borne of the unique faux process.
During the install and application, any major adjustments will warrant a “change-order” which may alter the cost of the project. A change-order will be discussed and agreed to before we continue. If any additional samples are required they will be billed at the standard rate of $75.00.
